Psychoneurology is a drug-free alternative to traditional Psychiatric and Psychological approaches which helps both Adults and Children develop permanent resources and lifelong solutions to today’s challenges.
"Dr. Colbey Forman has been a miracle in our lives. Our son Billy started having anxiety and panic attacks at nine years old. We didn’t know what had caused it, but his anxiety continued getting worse and worse. The school psychologist recommended we start seeing a psychiatrist and we did, but even after Billy had been on two medications, Zoloft and Selxa, his anxiety was still getting worse, although more slowly. After a year however, Billy started to have violent panic attacks before school even with his medication tripled, some days we could not get him into the car.
After being referred to three other Psychiatric “specialists” none of whom seemed to be making any headway, our psychiatrist at Cedars Sinai recommended Dr Forman to us and told us he had managed to get results in some of the most extreme cases she had seen. At this point Billy was now eleven and was on a morning “cocktail” of Zoloft, Selexa, Prozac, and Wellbutrin, all at adult level doses! Two days before Dr Forman started with Billy, his anxiety had become so bad, he had developed an ulcer and had began vomiting blood.
Although Dr Forman explained to me his work and I understand it the results he achieved with Billy seemed like a miracle to us. Within two sessions Billy had no problem attending school and two sessions later, our son has not experienced another panic or anxiety attack.
It has now been almost two years since Dr Forman has come into our lives, and although we still have life challenges, Billy has never had another panic attack. It took our psychiatrist another six months to wean Billy off of the last of his medications but he’s been off them now close to a year. We are so grateful to Dr Forman for his amazing work, his sincerity, and commitment and we recommend him wholeheartedly!” ~ JP, Westlake Village.
